Thanks Susan… plastic sheets from packaging etc are used by the street dwellers to put up shacks, a difficult sight in many parts where poverty and hardship persist.
The rain really must be beating down to be angst driven! Having been caught in downpours (usually welcome) in Australia I am usually more tolerant of their behavior.
It’s lack of rain that feeds my angst!
