  1. The rain really must be beating down to be angst driven! Having been caught in downpours (usually welcome) in Australia I am usually more tolerant of their behavior.

    1. Thanks Susan… plastic sheets from packaging etc are used by the street dwellers to put up shacks, a difficult sight in many parts where poverty and hardship persist.

  2. A lot said here. The downpour on stolen plastic shelters makes me think of the homeless, poverty as those with “cars” drive by unseeing. Powerful write and impressive that you can do this in a tweet.
